HOW IT STARTED
Born from a belief that access changes everything.
Bound 2 Succeed was born from a friendship and a shared frustration. Two college friends, traveling separately across different parts of the world, kept noticing the same thing: young kids with bright eyes and sharp minds, but little to no understanding of basic computer literacy, and an even bleaker sense of what their futures could look like. They came home, compared notes, and decided to do something about it.
Our hands-on approach wasn't designed in a boardroom, it was discovered in the field. In 2022, co-founder Emmanuel stood in front of a room full of eager kids in Nima, Ghana, ready to teach IT. He quickly realized that talking at them wasn't working. Without something physical to touch and reference, the knowledge wasn't landing.
That moment changed everything. From it, our experiential learning method was born. Put technology directly in their hands and let curiosity do the rest. It's been our tried and true approach in every community we've entered since.
